  • We offer reliable standard shipping for all orders across India.

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from the shipment date, depending on the destination.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost (if you plan to offer this, specify details).

  • Due to the nature of plants, special care is taken to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹XXXX (specify your threshold if any).

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. (Include only if applicable)

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions where courier services are unavailable.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Damages & Missing Packages

  • Apna Bagecha is not responsible for delays outside our control, such as weather, customs clearance, or courier issues.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@apnabagecha.com or call 7001697077.

  • We will assist with claims and provide replacement or refund based on the situation.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Apna Bagecha does not offer international shipping.
